Is it true that men don't like natural hair?

I'm a single Black female, been told that I have a nice shape, not ugly (but not on myself either so I guess fairly attractive), not a pushover, not mean, actally very nice. Anyway, my male friend says I can't seem to find a man because I wear my hair natural (think afro, twists, braids). I do keep it up, it's not dry and hard, it's actually baby soft. But it's also not curly or wavy, not what others would call, I cringe as I type this... "Good Hair" (That is a statement of ignorance). My hair is not a statement or anything I'm making, just got tired of the every 6 week routine of getting my scalp burned.

So...men...would you or would you not approach a woman with natural hair? Ladies, what's your experience?

I'm not a lady but i would like to answer if you dont mind. Im tired of turning around and all I see is fake hair. Weave is not attractive to me. A woman with her own hair is a confident woman these days. It shows that you know what you have and you know how to work it. Weave is just a sign of vulnerability to me. It is pretty on some girls in some occassions, but id rather see a woman let HER hair down at the end of the day. I like running my hands through my girlfriends' hair without worrying about a track falling out!!!

on the contrary, over the top hairs, lips, eyes or anything else for that matter is a turn-off.

I guess it depends on the hair. I know loads of girls who wear their hair natural... but I must say, poofy is kinda weird...
